From Spectacular Spider-Man to the Superhero Squad Show, there are several other TV shows that Marvel fans will love on Disney+.

With the Guardians of the Galaxy holiday special now on Disney+, Marvel fans are flocking to the platform to watch beloved heroes like Groot, Star-Lord, and Rocket wreak havoc around the world. The last time fans saw them, the Guardians were still trying to adjust to life without Gamora - and fans kept hoping that when they tuned in, they were one step closer to finding her again. Unfortunately, that wasn't the case, but it did lead to some very warm and hilarious moments, including Mantis revealing she's Quill's sister, and Team Rocket finally getting Bucky's cybernetic arm.

Of course, as fans seek out this particular title via Disney+, they may be missing out on some of the other great shows the streaming platform has included. There are many superhero shows on Disney+ that aired years ago that fans may not know are still available to watch and enjoy.

The Spectacular Spider-Man

A cartoon featuring Spider-Man and many other lovable main characters, The Spectacular Spider-Man is an incredible show that really gets to the very essence of Peter Parker. Depicting his struggles as a commoner and as a superhero, the balance is spectacular very perfect.

The show also featured some great villains such as Electro, Molten Man, and even an arc with the dreaded Venom. Simple and smooth animation, every fight scene is wonderful. It also perfectly showcases Spider-Man's sense of humor and wit.

Spider-Woman

Jessica Drew was the first Marvel woman to host a show on her own, as Spider-Woman - two years after her debut in the comics. Airing in the late 1970s, the animation quality fell far short of what fans expect today, but the show's lasting legacy remains in the minds of fans.

While there are some things only comic book fans know about Spider-Woman, the show manages to provide the perfect introduction for any potential fan. Spider-Woman may not be the most popular character, but she's still funny enough to give her own show as Peter.

X-Men Evolution

While even the X-Men comics have recently left the school setting, X-Men Evolution has embraced it. Most of the X-Men are students and interns, and the show explores what it's like to grow up with mutants in a world that hates and fears them.

Evolution is one of the best versions of the X-Men, and as the show progresses, the team really comes into their own. Every character is real, and the background and setting are varied enough to keep things interesting. Also, Wolverine's costume is great.

The show is excellent and features some dodgy political drama and backstabbing. It includes the best version of Wolverine as he tries to call up old friends while still trying to come to terms with the loss of Jen and Charles. The show also features classic X-Men like Rogue, Emma Frost, and Kitty Pryde, who manage to steal a few scenes by showing off their true powers.

Ultimate Spider-Man

After discovering that he could no longer work alone, Peter Parker realized he needed to work with the S.H.I.E.L.D. team. They can turn to Peter for help as they struggle to adjust to their power and place in the world. The Super Hero Squad show is aimed at a younger demographic than most other Marvel shows, presenting Marvel's heroes in a comedic fashion, and often parodying them to the best of their ability. The show has a simple animation style that might seem overly cartoony, but it works for the show's style.

This is one of the best Marvel Comics animated shows because it really can entertain people of all ages. Fans of characters like Reptiles or Adam Warlock rarely get the chance to see them on screen, so this show gives fans of any Marvel hero the chance to see their favorite characters.

The Superhero Squad Show

More serious than The Super Hero Squad Show, Avengers: Earth's Mightiest Heroes It is a strict adaptation of the manga. Villains like Ultron are fleshed out and given more drive than the MCU has to offer.

Another of the many adaptations of Spider-Man, Spider-Man Unlimited shows why Spider-Man is so beloved. Featuring fearsome Spider-Man villains like Werewolf, Kraven the Hunter, and Vulture, the show hits everything fans could possibly expect.

Avengers: Earth's Mightiest Heroes

With a unique art style that relies on shadows and realistic backgrounds, the show feels grounded, and Peter's costume feels more believable. The show is more plot-focused than most other Spider-Man stories, but it still captures the character concept perfectly.

While Marvel had previously attempted to successfully bring their first family to the screen, it wasn't until 1994 that they actually did a proper adaptation. Each episode adapts a different issue from the comics and really helps bring the beloved villain to life.

The Fantastic Four rarely get the attention they deserve as Marvel's flagship characters, so it's always fun to get a chance to sit and watch them in action. It could also help introduce MCU fans to some of the storylines they might see as the family prepares to join the Avengers.

While it might be hard to imagine an entire series centered around the silver-haired man on the surfboard, the Silver Surfer actually managed to show his own series in Silver Surfer: The Animated Series. Characters like Watcher, Drax, and Ego the Living Planet all appear throughout the series for the surfers to fight against.

Fantastic Four

Although the show has been forgotten over the years, it helped many fans learn about many different characters in the Marvel Comics universe. As the MCU's cosmic elements grow stronger over the years, it's worth revisiting the show to find out more.
